Registration Instructions （梁红舞蹈学校报名须知）

1. New students must fill out "registration form (Adult or Children)" and hand it to the instructor prior to attending classes. 新学生请务必填写注册表（儿童或成人），签字后交给任课老师。​

2. Trial class tuition is $15, and full tuition starts from the second class. (Note: Every class offers only one opportunity to trial)  试课费$15，报名从第二节课开始结算。 (️请注意: 每个课程仅提供一次试课机会）

3. Tuition for the entire semester needs to be paid in a lump sum before the start of the semester.学期开课前报名并一次性缴纳整学期学费。

4. Walk-in attendance is welcome but the tuition for each class is $5 more than the regular tuition. Walk-in学费（非整学期一次性缴费）在正常学费基础上每节课增加$5。

5. Tuition is non-refundable after the end of the second week of each semester. 每学期第二周结束之前，学生可选择退课和退款，但需要向学校书面提出；学期开始两周之后, 本学期不再接受退课和退款。

6. Tuition is non-refundable if a student misses a class due his/her own reasons, but the school will offer the student three opportunities to make up. If the student is unable to attend a make-up class, it will be deemed that the student has decided to give up the class credit. 如因学生个人原因缺课，学校不退学费，但在本学期内提供最多三个时间的补课机会，若学生在本学期结束时未能参与补课, 将其视为自动放弃。

   • Make-up class is limited to the same class or the same level classes.补课仅限本学期同班级或同级别的课程

   • If a student misses a class without providing a 24-hour+ written notice (via WeChat or text messages)  to the teacher, it will be deemed that the student has voluntarily given up and the school will not offer make up classes. 若学生缺席课程、且未在上课时间提前24小时以上以书面形式（微信或短信）给本班老师发送请假通知, 将视为学生自动放弃，学校不予安排补课.

   • If a student misses three classes or more due to his/her own reasons, the school will no longer arrange make-up classes and the tuition will not be refunded. 每学期因学生个人原因缺课三次以上，学校不再安排补课，且不退学费。

7. If a class is cancelled or re-scheduled by the teacher or the school, the school will provide each student three opportunities to attend a make-up class. If a students is unable to attend a make-up class by the end of the semester, the missed class credit can be used in the following semester but no tuition will be refunded. 如因学校与老师的原因缺课，学校将提供最多三个时间的补课机会，若学生在本学期结束时未能参与补课，该次课的Credit延续到下学校，但是不退学费。

8. The right to interpret the above rules and regulations belongs to Hong Dance School. 以上规章制度的解释权归梁红舞蹈学校所有。

Please fill out the adult or children registration form. The form needs to be signed by an adult student or the guardian of a non-adult student and handed to the teacher prior to the start of a class. 请下载并填写儿童或成人报名表，由成人学生或儿童学生的监护人签字后，交给任课老师。

1. If two students from the same family attend Hong Dance School during the same semester, the second student will receive 10% tuition discount. 凡家中有两位学员（母女或姐妹）在梁红舞蹈学校学习的，第二位可享有10%的优惠。
